Cerritos Youth Group (Poiema) gathers every Friday night and Sunday morning to celebrate together and connect with God through activities, fellowship and challenging messages. This is a place where anyone (Yes, Anyone) can show up, feel comfortable, be themselves and get challenged to grow closer to Jesus. Our goal is simple: Being and making disciples by loving God and loving others.
Why Poiema? This is a Greek word that comes from Ephesians 2:10, meaning we are God's handiwork, created with a purpose. We hope and pray that all our youth know they are unique in God's eyes and have a part in His great plan. |
