Video Learning + Practice + In-Person Discussion
Monthly Video Learning: Participants watch the monthly "Children's Heart, Parents" Love" lecture video (one 20-minute video per month) at their own pace and implement 2-3 practical suggestions provided by the instructor.
Monthly In-Person Discussion: The instructor summarizes, students share practical challenges and testimonials, and the instructor responds, encouraging each other.

視頻學習 + 實踐 + 實體討論

每月視頻學習：學員按自己時間，看完當月的一集《子女心，父母情》講座視頻（每月一集，20 分鐘視頻），並實踐老師提供的2-3個實際建議；
每月實體聚會討論：老師總結，學員分享實踐上遇到的挑戰與見證，老師回應，彼此鼓勵
